To me, weddings are way more than just a big day, it’s a monumental day that deserve to be enjoyed and celebrated to the fullest. So I take my job very seriously when I commit to capturing a couples wedding day. My goal is to allow you to enjoy the day fully without having to stress if I got the images you want and need, my goal is for you to be able to relax and trust me fully.
I couldn’t wait to capture yall’s wedding day and it finally happened!! It was nothing short of amazing, Mandi you were a stunning bride, and you definitely know how to pick your wedding vendor team! On Saturday July 14th (one of the hottest days this summer, falling right behind the heat at their rehearsal the night before LOL) two of the sweetest, most easy going, and strongest people got married (FINALLY)!

Falling in love with a military man, Kelsey knew their fairytale wedding may end up a little different than she had originally hoped or planned for. When Jonathan got word that he would have to leave sooner than expected, Kelsey couldn’t imagine her life without him and really didn’t want to be apart for such a long period of time right before their wedding! The decision was simple for both of them, they loved each other so much and really only wanted to be together, so they would elope!
Same college, same circles of friends, same city to settle down in, same place of work, yet these two precious people kept missing each other by the slightest bit of time. UNTIL....
It's not too often you find a couple willing to brave 20 degree weather with you, or wake up at the crack of dawn, just so you can shoot at a specific location (even if it is super dreamy)! Anna on the other hand was ALL FOR IT the moment I told her about the idea!
You know when you meet someone and you’re like omg this girl is freaking awesome… that was totally me when I met Mandi! So this totally sounds like a love story but there’s nothing like the love and friendship between a wedding photographer and her bride and groom.
First off, how adorable are these two?! Madeline and Jesse were the winners of the Facebook drawing a couple of weeks ago. We were finally able to get together last week to shoot their dreamy golden hour shoot! I worked with Madeline earlier this year when she volunteered to model for my wedding styled shoot, which can be found in my portfolio. I'm so happy to now call her one of my sweet friends. Madeline is so kind hearted and giggly, the moment she walks in a room she can get everyone smiling and laughing! I'm not kidding when I say I was smiling nearly every time I fired the shutter during our session. This was the first time I had the opportunity to meet her boyfriend Jesse, from the moment they got out of the car I knew this session was going to be a blast! Madeline and Jesse had my style guide I sent them before the session to go along with their usual top notch style, and let me tell you they looked AMAZING; I'm talking model status! From the second I started posing them their love just shined through the images... I think I was more excited than them! It's always a blast to shoot with two people who are truly in love and like to be goofy with each other! Madeline and Jesse were a blast to work with the entire shoot even through the heat and my crazy posing techniques.
